1. Formy dostawy

Sklep atramento.pl oferuje następujące formy dostawy:

- Paczkomaty InPost

- Kurier (FedeX , GLS , DPD ) – firma kurierska jest wybierana przez Sprzedawcę

Wybór konkretnego przewoźnika należy do Sprzedawcy i jest uzależniony od organizacji wysyłki oraz rodzaju zamówienia.

2. Koszty dostawy

✔ Dostawa jest zawsze darmowa, niezależnie od wartości zamówienia oraz wybranej formy dostawy.

3. Termin realizacji zamówienia

1. Zamówienia złożone do godziny 18:00 w dni robocze są zazwyczaj wysyłane tego samego dnia roboczego, zamówienia złożone po tej godzinie będą realizowane następnego dnia roboczego.

   W godzinach 15:00 - 18:00 wysyłka na następny dzień roboczy jest możliwa tylko za pomocą kuriera.

2. W wyjątkowych sytuacjach czas realizacji zamówienia może ulec zmianie, w szczególności w przypadku:

   - chwilowego braku dostępności towaru,

   - zwiększonej liczby zamówień,

   - zdarzeń losowych niezależnych od Sprzedawcy.

O ewentualnym wydłużeniu czasu realizacji Klient zostanie poinformowany.

4. Dostawa zamówienia

1. Termin dostarczenia przesyłki zależy od wybranego sposobu dostawy oraz czasu realizacji przewoźnika.

2. Podany termin dostawy ma charakter orientacyjny i może ulec zmianie z przyczyn niezależnych od Sprzedawcy.

5. Odbiór przesyłki

Klient zobowiązany jest do sprawdzenia stanu przesyłki po jej otrzymaniu.
W przypadku stwierdzenia uszkodzeń powstałych podczas transportu zaleca się:

- zgłoszenie uwag kurierowi lub w systemie Paczkomat InPost,

- niezwłoczny kontakt ze Sprzedawcą.

1. Delivery Methods

The atramento.pl online store offers the following delivery methods:

- InPost Parcel Lockers

- Courier delivery (FedEx, GLS, DPD) – the courier company is selected by the Seller

The choice of a specific carrier is made by the Seller and depends on the logistics organization and the type of order.

2. Delivery Costs

✔ Delivery is always free of charge, regardless of the order value or the selected delivery method.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders placed on business days by 6:00 PM (18:00) are usually dispatched on the same business day.
Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day.

Between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, next-business-day dispatch is available only for courier delivery.

In exceptional circumstances, the order processing time may be extended, in particular in the case of

- temporary product unavailability,

- increased order volume,

- unforeseen events beyond the Seller’s control.

The Customer will be informed of any changes to the processing time.

4. Delivery Time

The delivery time depends on the selected delivery method and the carrier’s delivery schedule.

Any delivery time provided is indicative only and may change due to reasons beyond the Seller’s control.

5. Receipt of the Shipment

The Customer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment upon delivery.

In the event of damage occurring during transport, it is recommended to:

- report any remarks to the courier or via the InPost Parcel Locker system,

- contact the Seller without delay.
